Design and Analysis of Soft Computing Based Improved Routing Protocol in WSN for Energy Efficiency and Lifetime Enhancement

    Get PDF
Mobile wireless sensor networks have been developed as a result of recent advancements in wireless technologies. Sensors in the network are low-cost and have a short battery life, in addition to their mobility. They are more applicable in terms of the essential properties of these networks. These networks have a variety of uses, including search and rescue operations, health and environmental monitoring, and intelligent traffic management systems, among others. According to the application requirements, mobile wireless sensor nodes are energy limited equipment, so energy conservation is one of the most significant considerations in the design of these networks. Aside from the issues posed by sensor node mobility, we should also consider routing and dynamic clustering. According to studies, cluster models with configurable parameters have a substantial impact on reducing energy usage and extending the network's lifetime. As a result, the primary goal of this study is to describe and select a smart method for clustering in mobile wireless sensor networks utilizing evolutionary algorithms in order to extend the network's lifetime and ensure packet delivery accuracy. For grouping sensor nodes in this work, the Genetic Algorithm is applied initially, followed by Bacterial Conjugation. The simulation's results show a significant increase in clustering speed acceleration. The speed of the nodes is taken into account in the suggested approach for calibrating mobile wireless sensor nodes

RFID technology is able to be established in the most meadow of our daily life, e.g. personal identification, supply-chain management, access control etc. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is the devices which contain tag and reader which communicated wireless through radio waves.  Hence security of data is most important so that any other unauthorized person cannot be access it. even though there are various method implemented for the protection of data during wireless communication which provides security from different attacks such as DoS, replay, mutual authentication etc. but these techniques are consume large amount of storage space and computation time Here in this paper we proposed a Hyper Elliptic Curve Cryptography (HECC) which provides security from different attacks. Our comprehensive result shows that proposed method is better in conditions of storage space and computation time. Keywords: RFID, HECC, Privacy and Security, Tag, Reader

An empirical analysis of the Co-movement of Crude, Gold, Rupee-Dollar Exchange rate and Nifty 50 Stock Index during Sub-prime and Coronavirus crisis periods

    Get PDF
The present study empirically investigates the inter-linkages and co-movement between different asset class namely Crude, Gold, Nifty 50 Stock Index and Rupee-Dollar Exchange Rate during the two crisis periods viz. the Sub-Prime and the Coronavirus Crisis. The methodology employed for ascertaining inter-relationship includes Johansen Co-integration technique and Toda & Yamamoto Causality model. Besides this, the entire model has been set up under the VAR Framework with Variance Decomposition and Impulse Responses giving useful insight into the relationship amongst the stated variables. The results of the study however failed to identify any co-integration amongst the assets during any of the two crisis periods , however there was evidence of short run cause-effect relation amongst some of the variables. The causality flow was uni-directional from Nifty 50 to both crude and exchange rate in Period I(Sub Prime Crisis Period) while in Period II(Coronavirus Crisis Period) it was bi-directional between Gold and Nifty 50. Causality was also seen from Foreign Exchange to Gold in Period II. Further ADF Breakpoint showed all the variables were I(1) stationary and the VAR Model was also proved stable as shown by AR Characteristics Root Plots. The impulses showed that Period II or Coronavirus Crisis Period retained the innovations of other variables for longer periods than Period I ( Sub Prime Period)

New series of N (2-alkyl/aryl-5-oxo-imidazolidine-1-yl) isonicotinamide derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of Schiff base with amino acetic acid in the presence of 1:4 dioxane. Synthesized compounds were evaluated for their Anti-bacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Echerichia coli, Antifungal activity against Candida Albicans and Anti-tubercular activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Synthesized compounds show significant activity against bacterial, fungal and mycobacterium strains. Their structures were established on the basis of elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and Mass Spectral data

Pharmacognostic parameters for evaluation of the rhizomes of Curcuma caesia

    No full text
In ethno medicinal practices, the traditional healers use the genus Curcuma for the treatment of various ailments but Curcuma caesia Roxb. is a very less known and almost untouched drug. The present work attempts to establish the necessary pharmocognostic standards for evaluating the plant material of C. caesia Roxb. Various parameters, such as morphology, microscopy, physicochemical constants, and phytochemical profiles of the entire parts of the plant were studied and the salient diagnostic features are documented. Major chemical constituents, extractive values, physicochemical constants, and other features are also been recorded

Anesthetic management of parasitic conjoined twins' separation surgery

    No full text
Parasitic twin is a rare form of conjoined twins with an incidence ranging from 1 in 50,000 to 1,00,000 live births. In thoracopagus type, both hearts are joined together and often are associated with underlying congenital cardiac malformations. The separation surgery is a challenging task for both the surgeon as well as anesthetist due to the complexity of the procedure and long duration of surgery, carrying mortality close to 100% in case of significant cardiac fusion. Here, we are sharing anesthetic management of successful separation of a rare type of parasitic male conjoined twins who had connected hearts and common liver
